8. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

You are welcome to converse with your therapist if you’d like, but we recommend a quiet, calm environment to fully benefit from your massage. Minimal noise helps both you and your therapist focus on relaxation and the quality of your treatment.
