How It Works
T&Cs

  • Answer:‍ ‍Once you sign up, Fresha safely stores your membership. You simply book your 1-hour sessions online as normal, and the system applies a £0 balance at checkout.

    • Tab 2: What is the commitment?

      • Answer: All tiers carry a 12-month minimum term, auto-renewing monthly thereafter. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time.

  • Answer: Treatments do not roll over, but with 14 days' notice, you can "double up" your sessions in the month before or after your trip (maximum twice per year).
